Some standing water. Mold around base boards of closet. Mold and mildew on shoes and clothes and smells in the air. Mold and mildew in master bedroom bathroom shower walls WAS NEVER GONE BUT SERVICE REQUEST WAS CLOSED. RESUBMITTING

Why are my work orders submitted being marked as Completed and nothing is done? Noone has showed up here do do anything your staff said was going to be done!!

You told me to move all items out the closet. That was done. Noone has shown yet!

Do you have an ETA yet? No one has come to this unit yet and my house is completely out of order due to everything out of the closet being out in areas. I am handicap and need room to move around in my apartment with walker and or wheelchair.. Keep in.mind it takes me to get someone to move this stuff in and out of this closet BECAUSE I AM HANDICAP AND CANT MOVE THIS STUFF ON MY OWN. I know yall don't care about that effort but I do. My time and space is precious . I don't like being told once again one thing and nothing is done.

This is not what I pay rent for to be inconvenient in my home by external people who don't have to deal with mobility limitations. Stop telling me one thing and not doing what you all say you are going to do!

This is a huge inconvenience and disrespectful to me, my my family, my time, and money! This is a huge inconvenience at this point being its a week gone by and nothing is do and my house is in a disarray! I was told that people were coming Tuesday Oct 10 to handle the closet. I was given short notice by your staff on Monday evening at 5pm to have all belonging removed from my closet. I got someone on short notuce to help me get the stuff out and noone has come yet. It is now Oct 16th- still no show. Do you have a true ETA?

If not I will have my belongs placed back in that molded mildew wet closet that nobody seems to be able to fix correctly. I have dealt with this issue since March of 2021 and now it is 2023 and the same structual issue, same repairs have to be done for the third time

I’m not sure how I got an aleft about this. I probably signed up some time ago. I’m so sorry that’s happening to you. I recently moved out and my physical and mental health is so much better now. That place is a dangerous dump and they just do whatever so they don’t have to do anything.

I dealt with major leaks that were ignored. Mold and having no heat or ac or 18 days this past winter. My infant was only a few months old

Hello kgreenel. Thank you so much for your response. I truly appreciate your input in this issue i am dealing with Sirona Apartments, ran by Dayrise. I have sent multiple emails to management and leasing office. They dont care. This has been an ongoing and reoccurring issue for almost 2yrs. I want to move but its costly. Plus, i dont have the Mobility to do it on my own... All are a cost for me. This is why i contacted code enforcement. I am hoping they make them do something...and do it corrxtly so this wont occur anymore.

This will be the second code enforcement santion on that property regarding my unit. And others from precious tenants.

All i want to know is why cant people do things right and we would not have to keep dealing with this foolery.

But they keep receiving my.money for rent. It seems like that whole property and staff at Sirona Apartments are all problematic. they dont care that they are being called out on these issues. Plus they are violation my disability rights. And they lie lie lie right to my face.

On top of that they nailed door shut to keep code enforment from seeing the extent of damages from the leaks in the wall, rain and foundation issues.

Thanks again for the insight. . I pray this is resolved soon. For we have a new born in the household now and i dont want my baby getting sick from the mold and mildew present in my apartment. Take Care.

The day code enforment came out to view the issues stated in my complaint, the complex have workers come in with steel stablizing bars and wood beems to stablize the closet. Then they nailed the door shut. Then they said iit is up to the apartment complex as to when they will fix the closet.

This closet issue needs to be done asap. I have dealt with this for almost 2yrs. I cant use the closet at all again. My clothes and shoes have mold and mildew on them. My clothes and shoes that wee in there are all over the place now because i have no closet to use. This makes it hard for me to move around inbthe apartment with my walker due to no room to move around in freely. Very cluttered due to the displacement of my shoes and clothes that was in that master closet.

UPDATE: Paul from Dayrise maintenance came to address the mold in master bedroom. Partial work was done. He re- spackled at the top of the bath fitters frame and on one side where there was mold. He did not do the other side closet to the toilet. Paul daid he was coming back Saturday at 10am. He was a no show and no call.
This is the typical behavior you see when enforcement is involved. Sirona maintenance and management react to act like they doing something just to get code enforcement off their backs, but never truly completing the work thoroughly so that the problem is completely resolved.. They just rnough to say they did something, in which is a falsehood demonstration.
I will follow woth Officer Hampton.

We now have a newborn in here and my apartment is still infested with mold in closet i cant use. Sirona had people come in here the day code enforcement was to arrive and Sirona placed stablizing bars in the master bedroom closet and nailed the door shut so code enforcement could not see what us happening. Like they have things to hide. Just shameful.

UPDATE:
I just wanted to provide a quick update. C&C maintenance came to my apartment this afternoon. They completed the repairs in the bathroom and painted the affected areas that was infected with molded.

Please see attached photos of the work done in the master bedroom.

The closet is still pending.
Roach treatment for this new roach infestation situation is also still pending for the scheduled treatment scheduled for tomorrow October 26.

When I lived there I moved into a roach infestation (nested behind the fridge. It took days to get a new fridge and I slept in parking lot in my car a few times.

The pest control company they use is useless. I ended up calling Terminex and I finally had relief. I paid out of my own pocket and I had them come back every 3 months until I moved out.
I know it’s hard but try to move out if you can it won’t get better it will be one thing after another. I had a baby March ‘22 and that’s not a place where you want to raise a baby.
My mental health has improved so much since leaving. I’m not scared I don’t constantly look at the walls for roaches. I finally have peace and I only moved 1 mile away.

Thank you for rhis . I totally agree. I am paying out of my pocket as we speak to get rid of these roaches that came from other units. I pray code enforcement will make them do the right thing comoletely and thoroughly while i plan a move out plan.
We just had a new born Oct 19th. So you are right. I dont want any of us dealing with this health issue trap with dealing with mold, mildew and now roachs from other nasty tenants that have left. Please i am handicap. So you can only image with what i have to deal with and the hindering nonsense i have to deal with. Such great disrespect and taking my money.....SMH. Everyone on this bottom floor have moved out because of all of these stated issues..and the complex wont move with ergency(if any act at all) to get the issue under control. Sad! I just pray my releif come soon.
