Flooding water in Master Bedroom Closet

I am a disabled person with 2 adult children and a 1year who lives here in this apt unit 234. We moved into this apartment February 1 2022. There is flooding and standing water in my master bedroom closet located at Arium Glenridge Apartment Homes: 5501 Glendridge Drive Apt 234 Atlanta Ga 30342. Mold and mildew in the closet. Mold and mildew damaged my new shoes, slippers and clothes. Maintenance team and Leasing office team refuses to fix these problems.

WORK WAS NEVER DONE. RESUBMITTiNG FOR WORK TO BE DONE. FIFTH REQUEST. WHEN WILL THIS BE DONE? Request for furnace to be cleaned and ducs and vents to be cleaned. Lots and lots of heavy black grayish dust particles come out of vents and all over vents and in the air. NEED NEW FILTER. AND DUCT CLEANED FROM DUST PARTICALS IN AIR and ON VENTS.

When will this be completed? This work order has been submitted multiple time. This is a breathing hazard. Maintenance keeps marking it complete when multiple submitted work order requests has never been done. When will we receive a new air filter? We were told that the complex supplies the filters and cleans the vents and ducts. Again, when will this be completed? This has been a problem since March. They refuse to fix the problem. They refuse to acknowledge my emails and work order. However they want rent to be paid on time.
This is breathing hazards that need to be addressed. We have sinus condition and I have asthma and can not tolerate all this floating dirt particles in the air that we are breathing in.

I am a disabled person with chronic asthma and other chronic health issues. Plus I walk with a walker . They dont have ramps for the disabled who use Medical equipment to assist with getting around. This is disable persons abuse and a slap in the face with no regard to quality of life for me as the tenant. My belongings are destroyed and they refuse to address the issues at my expense. I was also denied by the complex to reimburse me for my destroyed belongs. I was told the complex don't pay for water damage belongings. I will have to go through my renters insurance.

The leasing office and Maintenence Supervisor are rude and have a total disregard towards us when they are confronted about these hazardous conditions my family and i( handicap) are forced to live with.

I been expecting you all to be professional. I have put in requests and nothing is being done. I have been nice about all this none sense. These things need to be address.
I have asked The leasing office and maintenence over and over and over when will the vents be cleaned and all this water, mold and mildew and dirty vents and furnace filter cleaned and fixed?
I am tired of the back and forth. I am tired of the lies at my expense.
I have plenty of photos that have been emailed to the office and maintenence. Still no resolution.

Code Enforcement please help. I now see per your website that this has been an ongoing issues with this apartment complex for years. When will it end?
