Parking payment plans. I recently had to request a parking payment plan and it was an awful headache. Why does the City of Oakland make you verify your income, SSN, ID, and how much money you have left over for expenses? While annoying for me, for others this may be the difference for whether they eat,pay a ticket, or get a worse fine because many may not have a SSN or are unable to verify their income. I've helped friends set up payment plans for a Highway traffic ticket and it was not this invasive, it's literally just a request. Please, rethink payment plan steps, a parking ticket should not be asking you for so much info. If the city of Oakland and its transportation department feel the need to distrust their residents so badly, at least do something about the crime. I felt this was the best place to place this annoying problem to let others see how ridiculous a seemingly simple step can become due to incompetence. If needed I will place somewhere else, but until then how ridiculous.

The City is working with a contractor to construct new sidewalk and curb& gutter, and finally pave the street. However, there's a homeless camper that is on our way to not do our work. Please help in removing the camper because we're planning to construct next week and pave on week of May 13th.

Black Honda civic plate 8JFW761 back again at 11am to ignore the 2hr parking limit. Come by any time in the next 8 hours to ticket and it’ll still be here since it's the same hospital employe as yesterday..

The weeds along this stretch of Fruitvale are growing taller by the day- i don't see weeds like this along Lakeshore or Grand Avenue by the lake.
The new sidewalks and such are nice but the weeds and lack of landscaping are a joke.

Dumped on Sunday. City truck attempted to pick up. Cars were blocking access. There is access at this time. Others are dumping onto the pile making it larger and the lack of parking adds to our parking issues.

We experienced so much delay and traffic because of the lane closure on 35th leading up to MacArthur. This is irresponsible planning. We are exhausted of Oakland planning being so inefficient. Please consider the time of your citizens in the morning as we try to commute to our jobs. Perhaps not shutting down entire avenues that lead to the highway and if so, releasing a notice so we are prepared. What the bell is going on with this city? Get it together. You’re awful.

Motorcycle with temp tags BN93B82 has been parking on sidewalk for months. Unclear why illegally parked vehicle is still using temp tags.
