Once we verify a violation exists at a location, we research the property owner of record at the Curry County Courthouse, if possible we will post a notice at that location and mail notice to that person. Once they have been put on notice, they have 5 business days to correct the violation.**Out of town owners or Vacant Houses/properties may take more time to complete***
