I agree with Dennis. Many people in this neighborhood have stacks of firewood in their front yards. I don't see what makes this a "neighborhood hazard", especially as it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, where very little traffic of any sort is ever seen. It's also placed a significant distance from the street or any dwellings where it could hurt anyone. How is this hazardous to the neighborhood? I'm genuinely interested in hearing an explanation or thoughts on where anyone would store the firewood, were this theirs'.
