We apologize, but it turns out that this is not a Fulton County issue. Fulton Water looked at it and advised that a developer installed this and would be the one to address the asphalt. We will have our Land Development Department inspect this and get back to you with a response.

Our Land Development Manager contacted the project manager for the developer. The project manager will get in touch with their paving contractor to have this fixed.
