I have lived in this area for 10 years and watched these holes get patched and reopen every 6 months or less depending upon rain. Try actually fixing the hole since the patches are not lasting and as the patches erode, the holes have increased in size exponentially. If the patches lasted I wouldn't raise a fuss, but come on, the amount of time & taxpayers' dollars could've had this fixed a long time ago as more & more holes pop up on both Cotillion AND Savoy never stay patched and both stretches of road need to be completely repaved rather than wasted on that median nightmare at the corner of Cotillion and Chamblee Dunwoody.
