Description
It is 3:30 p.m. and I am #4 in line to exit Manhasset Drive and turn left on Mt. Vernon, BUT the northbound traffic on Vermack that is turning right on Mt. Vernon is preventing ANY movement by those of us stuck in the line on Manhasset Dr. The signal has cycled 5 times and we haven't moved because the right turners have the right-of-way. The sensors on Manhasset Drive to not prevent the light from cycling to give the green to Mt. Vernon traffic and we are stuck. Can you PLEASE fix this signal so it senses correctly that there are cars waiting to exit Manhasset Drive at this time of day?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have implemented several signal timing changes to improve performance at this intersection, especially in the afternoon school exit period. We are currently monitoring this signal to see if the changes are working as planned.
