Description

Dear Autumn Chace Residents;

Recently, it was noted that what appears to be paint was seen in the stream at Autumn Chace (see attached photo). We wanted to make all the residents at Autumn Chace aware that the storm drain lines in the community ultimately lead to the creek and therefore anything that might be dumped down the storm drains will end up in the creek. If it does not make it to the creek it most likely will end-up pouring out onto the newly seal coated streets.

With that in mind, we ask that all residents and their contractors, etc. refrain from cleaning paint brushes or dumping paint, etc. into the storm drains. This also applies to oil or other substances.

Thank you.
