Description

"Water continually runs across Holcomb Bridge Rd in front of the shopping center and Regal Nissan every morning by 6am. This is an extreme hazard as well as inconvenience. Water is thrown up by vehicles causing temporary blindness thru windshields. Pedestrians occasionally cross there causing danger. Plus it turns cars filthy and ruins investments."
