Description

The area of this sidewalk leading to Brothers Pond Park floods at even the most minor rain. It's because there's such poor drainage into the drainage ditch next to it. In the ditch and on the sidewalk there's almost always standing water. The ditch is constantly full of mosquito larvae because of poor drainage.
