The ENTIRE FRONTAGE of hammond Drive, as well as the rear of the home has been graded and scrapes with a bobcat. The bobcat was present on property at the time of this reporting. There appears to be a corrugated pipe being prepared to be placed in the stormwater ditch. There are no permits on file for work of this nature. Someone needs to stop this person from doing the kind of damage he has done to this property which will invariably run silt with Stormwater to whatever creek that Stormwater ditch goes to.
